Rental Provider Insurance:
Ensuing your property is suitably insured is incredibly important and because of this we strongly recommend looking into Rental Providers Insurance.
We can assist you with organising this. If this is something you would like us to assist with, please reach out to your Property Manager.
Rent Arrears:
If your renter falls behind in their rent, it is our policy that the renter will be contacted immediately, chasing this up. If the payment has been made or will be made that day this will automatically happen, however if there is a delay in the rent coming to you, your Property Manager will notify you immediately.
If the renter falls 14 days or more in arrears, we will be recommending issuing a Notice to Vacate for non-payment of rent.
