Here you will find links to the most commonly requested forms and documents that you may need access to throughout your journey with us.

Team Structure:

Our Property Management team is made up of exceptional people who look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.  We operate with a 3-tier process, this means we have specialised departments that will look after you at each step of your journey with Ray White Forest Hill.

Our business development team can assist with onboarding your property into our business.

Our leasing team will work with you to maximise your return on investment by achieving the best price available as well as securing the most suitable renter.

Our property management team will then manage your property for the duration of the tenancy.

Having experts solely focus on each area ensures your property is getting the attention it deserves at each stage of this process.

Property Compliance:

Below you will find information to assist you with ensuring your property complies with the minimum standards and safety checks.

Rental Provider Insurance:

Ensuing your property is suitably insured is incredibly important and because of this we strongly recommend looking into Rental Providers Insurance.

We can assist you with organising this.  If this is something you would like us to assist with, please reach out to your Property Manager.

Rent Arrears:

If your renter falls behind in their rent, it is our policy that the renter will be contacted immediately, chasing this up.  If the payment has been made or will be made that day this will automatically happen, however if there is a delay in the rent coming to you, your Property Manager will notify you immediately.

If the renter falls 14 days or more in arrears, we will be recommending issuing a Notice to Vacate for non-payment of rent.

For more information on this, please reach out to your Property Manager.

Please refer to our maintenance information pages in the following links:

Providing Renters with a Notice to Vacate:

We do recommend speaking to your Property Manager as soon as possible once you have decided to issue a Notice to Vacate to your renters.

Please see the below information that can assist you if you need to issue a Notice to Vacate to your renter.
