How will the real estate market perform in 2020?

Whilst we can’t be certain at this early stage of the year, if we can believe what’s in the news and what the experts are saying, then the Melbourne market is in for a very positive year with a price increase of at least 8% nationally (according to the Financial Review). Usually at this time of the year we receive many calls to provide current appraisals to our clients which helps them to plan for the possibility of selling, renegotiating finances or ensure their properties are adequately insured.
